Selling Terms and Cancellation Policy

. Reservations are confirmed only when accompanied by a deposit worth 40%of the cost of the stay (+ any supplements), 50% for any 2 nights stay and 100% for any 1 night stay.

. Check in is from 3 p.m. on the day of their arrival. Check must be done no later than 12 noon on the departure date. A late check out can be organised upon request and subject to availabilities. A departure by 18h00 at the latest would be charged 50% of the cost of the room. A departure after 18h00 would be charged 100% of the cost of the room.

. For any cancellation more than 45 days prior to  the planned arrival, a lump-sum of 200 Euros per room and 400 Euros per Suite will be retained from the deposit for administration fee

. For any cancellation between 45 days and 31 days prior to the planned arrival, the deposit paid in will be retained by the hotel.

. For any cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the planned arrival, 75 % of the cost of the reserved stay will be due.

. For any cancellation less than 15 days prior to the planned arrival date, 100% of the cost of the reserved stay will be due.

. New Year’s Eve and Orthodox Christmas Eve special dinners are compulsory.

. At all events, any meal not consumed or any service not used, regardless of the cause, will not be reimbursed.

. Some additional tax may apply upon arrival at the hotel as per the local regulations
